Refund Policy:

As this is a digital product there is a limited refund policy. If you are unsure of what you are purchasing we encourage you to review the sales page which clearly outlines all the content you will receive in the program prior to purchase.

If you proceed, all purchases are deemed as final there is no right to a refund.

Cooling off period:

By accessing the content of the program you are waiving you right to a cooling off period. Access can mean watching any video content within the program, completing any units or steps, accessing any blog restricted to users of the program or downloading any digital content such as PDFs or meditations contained within the program.

Limited Cooling Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, in the interests of fairness we offer an unconditional 48 hour cooling off period in which you can request a refund. If you request a refund within 48 hours we will cancel your subscription and access to the course and issue you a refund within 7 working days. 

Subscription:

The subscription is a one off payment and does not renew. You will never be asked for another payment from us. The use of a subscription is required to allow you to unsubscribe and delete your account if you wish to do so. This is a requirement for us to meet data protection regulations.

You must be aware that cancelling your subscription means that you will no longer have access to the programs / courses and deleting your account will mean that you will not have access to member pages.

For clarity - if you unsubscribe you will no longer be able to access the program pages and course content that you paid for.
