How long we keep information
What we retain: basic contact details entered at registration, First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Payment details and associated address details are managed by third party payment providers and is not retained by us.
Retention Schedule: 

For those who have purchased any product (course or program) your details are retained for as long as the product is active so that you can continue to access your product. You can manually delete your First and Last Name information in your account settings page but a valid email address will be required. You must be aware that if you request all of your information to be deleted then you will lose access to your product. 

For those who have signed up as a site member your details will be deleted after 12 to 13 months of inactivity (we action this once a month for every one over 12 months of inactivity).

For those who have signed up for the mailing list, you can opt out via the manage email preferences link at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.
You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
