NOVA Classification and Identifying UPFs

When we are trying to decide if a food is healthy, we naturally look at the label for its nutritional profile. We want to see how many calories are in a portion and how much saturated fat, salt, sugar, fibre, and protein are in it. Or we may look for added vitamins or even for what is taken out - low sugar or fat. It's actually hard to think of food any other way.
